The GL group’s industrial capacity covers all the techniques used in jewellery, and notably the manufacture of chains, very often the work of specialised companies.
The manufacturing plants mostly use mechanized processes and are based in France on the historic sites in Ardèche (St Martin de Valamas and Le Cheylard), while the handcrafting processes are entrusted to our factory in Thailand. This segmentation enables us to offer quality products while remaining very competitive.
Each production sector has the capacity to handle large volumes, sometimes more than a million pieces/year. But the GL group also possesses small, flexible production units with high technical skills and know-how that enable it to meet the specific needs of the Luxury sector.
The GL group is totally integrated in terms of prototyping and tool making, which ensures its independence and confidentiality.
The different sites have benefited from large-scale investments over the past 10 years to improve their productivity and adopt the latest technologies such as laser cutting and high-speed machining, as well as to ensure compliance with the ecological dimension.
