The Living Heritage Company label for GL Bijoux
The Living Heritage Company label (“Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant”) was set up by law in 2005 in favour of SMEs to promote the development of companies embodying an economic heritage composed in particular of rare, celebrated or ancestral know-how based on their mastery of traditional or highly advanced techniques and limited to a particular geographical area.
It has three main objectives:
Highlight companies that have founded the economic and cultural identity of France and facilitate their recognition at national and international level.
Encourage these companies to innovate and widen their markets (the worldwide market accessible via the Internet offers an extraordinary opportunity for most of them).
Reinforce their growth, ensure the development of employment and hence the handing on of know-how and companies.
The label is awarded by the Ministry of SMEs, Trade, Crafts and Liberal Professions for 5 years, after receiving the recommendation of the National Commission of Living Heritage Companies composed of professionals and outstanding qualified figures.
